Preparation and Usage
Miso Easy 1 Cover 2 noodle nests in boiling water for 6-8 minutes until soft & plump*. 2 Drain and place in a large bowl. 3 In a mug, empty 1 x sachet miso paste, seaweed & Japanese 7 spice & 200ml boiling water. Stir. 4 Pour soup broth over the noodles. Build Your Bowl 5 Add your toppings. 6 Finish with a sprinkle of Chilli flakes. Instruction for One Portion - Double Up for 2 *For a softer, less chewy noodle, leave for a full 10 minutes! Give your glass noodles an extra twist Tasty Twist From Your Kitchen Cupboard Enjoy your glass noodles differently each time! Creamier Broth Add 2 tablespoons of coconut milk to the broth at Step 3. Richer Broth Simply swap the hot water in Step 3, with chicken stock. We highly recommend adding some chopped coriander to the broth as well! Spicy Broth For an even Spicier broth, add a squeeze of chilli paste and/or ginger paste to the broth at Step 3. The Perfect Pairings Your Tasty Leftovers! Got some bits of leftover from dinner last night? Top your noodles with your leftover roast or vegetables from the fridge for a quick meal in minutes!
