    (To make a traditional texture porridge).1 In a saucepan bring 430mls (3/4 pint) of water to the boil.2 Slowly add 40g of Mornflake Medium Oatmeal stirring continuously.3 Bring back to the boil whilst stirring.4 Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Continue simmering whilst stirring if you like a thicker porridge.For creamier porridge use milk or a combination of milk and water.
