Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and seal the meat on medium/ high heat for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a roasting tray and place in oven until juices run pink for medium or clear for well-done. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Rest in a warm place for 5-6 minutes. (Time 8-10mins, Oven: 200C, Fan: 180C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 6)
