Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray and cover with foil. Place in centre of oven. Remove foil 15 minutes before end of cooking time. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. (Time 50 mins per kg + 25 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
