Our grass and forage fed Hereford beef comes from a small group of British farmers, chosen for their high animal welfare standards and their commitment to sustainable farming. Their beef comes from cattle sired by registered pedigree Hereford bulls, and has a fine marbling of fat, which makes it succulent and gives it a unique, rich avour. Pan Fry. RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE. 4-6 mins 8-10 mins 10-12 mins. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add steak and cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce to medium heat. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
