Roasting jus. Hob. Medium high heat. Heat the roasting jus in a small pan for 2 minutes. Remove any fat from the meat juices and add to the pan. Reduce the sauce to thicken.
Preheat oven. Remove sachet from foil tray. Place lamb on a roasting tray in centre of the oven. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before carving. (Time 30-35mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 6)
