This mini roasting joint is quick and easy to cook. From flavoursome, grass and forage fed New Zealand lamb which is bred for tenderness. Roasting jus. Hob. Medium high heat. Heat the roasting jus in a small pan for 2 minutes. Remove any fat from the meat juices and add to the pan. Reduce the sauce to thicken.

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove sachet from foil tray. Place lamb on a roasting tray in centre of the oven. Leave to rest for 5 minutes before carving. (Time 30-35mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark Gas 6)
