1Mushroom Ravioli

INGREDIENTS: portobello mushrooms (23%), mascarpone (milk), durum wheat semolina, 00 wheat flour, free range pasteurised egg (10%), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk), fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, white wine (3%) (white wine, preservative (sulphur dioxide)), whipping cream (milk), onion, unsalted butter (milk), porcini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shallots, Grana Padano cheese (milk) (preservative (egg lysozyme), parsley, mushroom powder, salt, thyme, extra virgin olive oil (0.1%), garlic purée, yeast, ground black pepper.

2Truffle and Porcini Butter

INGREDIENTS: unsalted butter (milk), mushrooms, lemon juice, parsley, salt, porcini mushroom powder, extra virgin olive oil (1.0%), carrot, black summer truffles (0.5%), black olives, flavouring, chilli, black pepper.

Hob. 5 minutes. Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for five minutes. While the pasta cooks, melt the truffle butter in a pan over a low heat. Drain the pasta, pour over the hot truffle butter and sprinkle with the Pecorino Romano cheese.


Pasta absorbs water when cooked. 125g of uncooked pasta weighs 155g when cooked. Nutrition per serving is based on total serving weight of 177.5g (155g cooked pasta, 12.5g butter and 10g cheese).
