Dry cured pork sausage seasoned with DOP Pimentón de la Vera paprika, garlic and oregano.
Spicy and succulent. Our No. 1 Sarta de Chorizo lbérico is made in Salamanca, in the north west of Spain, with lbérico pork, from pigs which roam freely in oak woodlands. It's seasoned with DOP Pimentón de la Vera and garlic, and dry cured to bring out all the flavour. The ring shape is traditional. It's great served as part of a Spanish charcuterie board with a glass of Ribera del Duero.
