Our Noble Rebel Smoke Symphony is far from your everyday dram - this meticulously blended malt whisky intertwines peat and smoke with a hint of chilli. A subtle tartness of berries blends with spice notes, coming together for a wonderfully unexpected finish. We’ve finished the whisky in Rioja red wine casks for a distinct profile, non-chill filtered and in its natural colour. BERRY NEW FASHIONED INGREDIENTS 50ml - Smoke Symphony 1 Demerara sugar cube 1 Tsp of warm water 2 Dsh cranberry bitters 1 Mint leaf (Garnish) STEPS Add the sugar and bitters to a rocks glass, then add a splash of warm water, and stir until the sugar is nearly dissolved. Fill the glass with a large ice cube, add the whisky, and gently stir to combine. Place the mint leaf on top of the ice cube.
