Bottle 001 of 366. On The Qt: This is this first foray into spirits for our On The QT project and it is a perfectly formed, totally unique and extremely limited distillation. Only 366 bottles have been made and the botanicals that make its extraordinarily soft flavours are naturally very hush-hush and on the QT. However, we can divulge that Bin 16 is the brain-child of a natural winemaker, a first-class sommelier and a genius distiller. This bold and rich gin is made from organically produced red Bordeaux wine distilled at low temperature with secret botanicals to bring out the warmth and depth of flavours. True to the spirit of On the QT, little more can be divulged. It's the first sip of its kind.
