The Oxford Rye Dry Gin recipe tells the story of fields and farming the gin base is distilled from heritage grains, grown exclusively for The Oxford Artisan Distillery, mostly within 50 miles of Oxford. All of their crops are grown sustainably without agri-chemicals, contributing to an abundance of wildflowers, insects and birds. Preparation and Usage: Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in 1 part gin to 3 parts Tonic. Garnish with a slice of tart apple.
