Preparation and Usage

Serving Suggestion: Shred meat and the skin using two forks. Spread a teaspoon of sauce on each pancake and place some shredded duck. Try adding thinly sliced cucumber and spring onion and roll up the pancake. Serve and enjoy.

To oven cook duck only.Preheat oven. Remove duck from its packaging. Place the duck, with skin facing upwards, on a baking tray and place in centre of oven. Ensure product is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.Gas 6 / 200°C / Fan 180°C 40-45 mins


To steam pancakes only.Remove pancakes from bag. Spread pancakes on a heat-proof plate and cover with foil. Place over a pan of gently simmering water. Serve immediately. Do not reheat once cooled.4 mins
