High in fibre. Great taste 2015. No hydrogenated fat. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians.We have selected 3 different sourdough crispbread recipes to complement a well-balanced cheeseboard. Spelt & Poppy Seed enhances the subtle flavour of a mild, crumbly cheese such as Wensleydale or Caerphilly. Charcoal & Rye is a great partner for a soft cheese such as Brie or goat's cheese. Our original recipe is the perfect host for any cheeses. The Great Taste Award judges awarded it 3 stars and described is as"the best biscuit for cheese out there." This selection of sourdough crispbreads is inspired by our love of Swedish baking. We use simple, natural ingredients and our precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made.
