Waitrose cellar exclusive.Rift Gin was created and named by Tejal Patel and Lauren Porter, winners of the Waitrose Gin Showcase 2018 (Tejal also did the calligraphy for the label). This annual competition gives Waitrose customers the opportunity to design and blend their own spirit with the Audemus team. 2018's winning gin is stunningly bright with the perfect amount of spice. A simple blend of the South African plant Buchu, Mace, Calabrian Sweet Orange and Juniper - it's surprisingly powerful on the nose and beautifully balanced on the palate.
