Preheat oven. …Remove all packaging leaving the parchment paper. For best results, lightly brush pastry with milk before baking. Place en croute onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Cut with a large serrated knife using a light sawing action. (Time 50-55 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
