Barbecue Bao Bun Kit

    Preparation and Usage

    Simple Step-By-Step Instructions Inside Knead, shape & steam your Bao Pickle your veg Marinade your meat Glaze & stir fry your meat Just Add We recommend: 250g pork loin (or beef steak, chicken breast or firm tofu) 1 carrot for pickling (or 1/2 a cucumber) Salad leaves or leafy herbs to garnish Help! Don't Have a Steam Basket!? Don't worry! Place a heat resistant bowl into a pan or wok. Fill the pan or wok with water until it's 3/4 of the way up the bowl. Line a plate with greaseproof paper and put on top of the bowl. Cover with a lid. So long as there is enough space for your buns to rise, you're onto a winner!
