Cooking instructions

General

The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove outer packaging before cooking.Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Discard any mussels which do not open on cooking. Care should be taken when opening bag as steam will escape.

Hob

Empty contents into a saucepan and cover with lid. Heat gently for approx. 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not allow to boil.

Microwave

750-watt: Empty contents into a non-metallic dish. Cover with film, pierce. Microwave on Full Power for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir & re-cover. Heat on Full Power for a further 2 minutes.850-watt: Empty contents into a non-metallic dish. Cover with film, pierce. Microwave on Full Power for 2 minutes. Stir & re-cover. Heat on Full Power for a further 2 minutes.For higher wattage ovens, cooking time should be reduced.
