Preparation and Usage
Vietnamese Stir Fry About 8 minutes (but you can take as long as you like) 1 large pan of wok 3 Easy Steps 1 In a large pan or wok heat a teaspoon of oil and gently fry the chicken at a medium heat for around 2 minutes. 2 Add the aromatic garlic, ginger, onion, lemongrass and red chilli mix, which is all in the same pot. Cook for a further 2 minutes. 3 Add the stir fry sauce followed by the noodles and heat through for around 2 minutes. Add the spring onion and peanuts, mixing through the noodles and cooking for a further 2 minutes. Ensure the chicken is cooked through. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout.
