    Preparation and Usage

    Vietnamese Stir Fry About 8 minutes (but you can take as long as you like) 1 large pan of wok 3 Easy Steps 1 In a large pan or wok heat a teaspoon of oil and gently fry the chicken at a medium heat for around 2 minutes. 2 Add the aromatic garlic, ginger, onion, lemongrass and red chilli mix, which is all in the same pot. Cook for a further 2 minutes. 3 Add the stir fry sauce followed by the noodles and heat through for around 2 minutes. Add the spring onion and peanuts, mixing through the noodles and cooking for a further 2 minutes. Ensure the chicken is cooked through. Ensure the meal is piping hot throughout. If so, remove from the heat, divide for two portions and enjoy. These are guidelines only as cooking equipment can have a mind of its own^]
