Preparation and Usage
How to cook... Put 50g of spelt porridge flakes (per person) into a pan with 220ml of milk or water. Mix together and bring to the boil over a low heat. Simmer for about 6 mins, stirring occasionally.

As with any hot product, please be careful.
Put 50g of porridge flakes and 220ml of milk or water into a pan. Bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for about 6 minutes, stirring continuously. Choose honey, nuts or berries to sprinkle on the top.
Put 40g in a bowl with 200ml of milk and microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes, stir and microwave again for another 1 1/2 minutes, stir. This is based on a 900W microwave. Cooking times will vary according to the wattage.
