    Preparation and Usage

    1. Cook the rice Cook the rice as per pack instructions. 2. Create the Curry Base Heat a little oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the onion and tomatoes for 3 mins. Add the Goan Paste and cook for 2 mins. If you're making this with chicken, add it to the pan and cook for 4-5 mins. 3. Add the Coconut Milk Add the coconut milk and the Coconut Paste to the pan. Gently bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 mins, so that the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the Spice Blend and then, if cooking this with fish, add the cod pieces. Let the curry simmer for 5 mins, or until everything is cooked through. Serve! Serve the curry over rice and garnish with coriander and lime juice (optional). Enjoy
