Preparation and Usage
1. Prep the Chicken Heat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 and bring a pan of water to the boil. Marinate the chicken fillets in the Piri Piri Glaze on a baking tray and keep aside. 2. Cook the Chicken and Wedges Boil the potatoes for 5 mins then drain. Toss the potatoes with 2tbsp of oil and the Spicy Wedge Blend on another baking tray. Put the chicken and the potato wedges into the oven to cook for 20 mins, flipping the wedges over half-way. While they're cooking, continue with Step 3. 3. Make the Sweetcorn Aioli Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion for 5 mins, until golden. Add the sweetcorn and fry for 2 mins, then tip the mixture into a bowl and leave to cool down. Next, add the mayonnaise and the Saffron Seasoning to the sweetcorn and mix well. Serve! Serve the chicken with wedges and salad (optional), along with some sweetcorn and saffron aioli. Enjoy
