Cooking instructions

General

For 4 people.Serve hot or cold.

Hob

Put 200g of sticky rice and 300ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil.Cover and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed.

Microwave

Based on 850W oven.Mix 200g of sticky rice and 350ml of water in a microwavable-safe bowl.Cover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed
