    Oven cook

    Preheat oven to 180°C, 160°C fan, gas mark 4. Remove sleeve and film keeping the product in the foil tray. Cover with foil and place in centre of oven for 50-70 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear. Remove foil 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Pour over the juices and leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Remove bands before carving.
