    Preparation and Usage

    Flash under running water before heating Our naans are the perfect scoop for Indian food but you can use them in all sorts of ways. Try spreading a little sun-dried tomato paste, pesto, crème fraiche or cream cheese over the top. Then choose a topping. I like grilled vegetables, feta or goats' cheese, smoked fish, caramelised onions or sautéed spinach or mushrooms. Heat as above until the naan is hot and the edges crisp. Drizzle over an optional olive, herb or chilli oil. The naans also make great enchiladas, sandwiches, grilled BBQ breads and grilled crispy dippers. The possibilities are endless.

    Cook on both sides, away from flames, for 1-2 minutes a side, until hot and soft

    Cooking instructions


    Before heating, quickly flash both sides under running water for soft, fluffy bread every time


    Heat under a medium grill for about a minute each side, turning once, until hot and soft

    Oven cook

    Preheat to 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4, place naan on the middle for 1-2 minutes a side, until hot and soft
