3 simple steps. 10 mins. Chilli rating - medium - 2. No nasties. No artificial preservatives, colourings or flavourings! Vegetarian. Rendang is a national treasure normally served at special occasions as it takes hours to cook and create those characteristic deep, rich layers of flavours. Our rendang is so moreish; it is richly flavoured with spices, roasted coconut, browned onions and balanced with tamarind.
