Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and film lid. For best results remove the foil pad before cooking. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 1 hour 45 minutes, baste occasionally during cooking. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving. ……Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days. (Time 1 hour 45 mins, Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark 4)
