Hand-prepared turkey breast on the bone filled with a fruity combination of pork, gingerbread and apricot stuffing. A rich brandy and stem ginger butter is generously slathered underneath the skin and a sprucewood smoked bacon lattice is wrapped on top for a flavoursome crispy coating. For the ultimate delicious finish, a sachet of sticky maple glaze infused with clementines is included.
Comes in a straight-to-oven cooking bag so you can simply place on a baking tray and roast.

Preheat oven. Remove carton. Leaving the turkey crown in its ovenable bag and foil tray. Place the turkey crown on a baking tray or roasting tin and place in centre of the oven. …15 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the crown from the oven. Carefully cut open the cooking bag to expose the turkey. Pour the sachet of glaze over the crown and return to the oven to cook for the remainder of cooking time. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear when the deepest part of the breast is pierced with a thin skewer. If the juices are pink continue cooking for a few minutes and retest. Due to the bacon lattice, the meat may have a light pink colour directly underneath the bacon however the meat is safe to eat. Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days.
