Stand included.Our Food Discoveries Jamon Serrano Gran Reserva This Award-Winning Serrano is made with the best quality legs, selected by a Maestro Jamonero. They are rubbed with sea salt then dried and aged for a minimum of 15 months in conditions that mimic the traditional, seasonal process. Our Serrano is aged near ciudad real, in central Spain, where the confluence of two rivers and surrounding mountains create a microclimate perfect for ham production. Production of hams here has been in the same family for generations and they have created one of the best hams we have tasted! It is not hard to use a whole leg when it tastes this good. The family themselves recommend using their Serrano: Mixed through green peas, to wrap manchego cheese or asparagus, with soft cheese and figs on toasted bread, in potato croquettes, with bread and tomato or with salads.
