Preparation and Usage

Shop - Chicken breasts 2 - Seasonal greens (peashoots/baby spinach) 60g Cook - In a hot pan, with matching lid, add your chicken breasts with a dash of oil + colour on both sides - Turn the heat down + put the lid on the pan until the chicken is cooked all the way through - Put 400ml of boiling water into a jug. add your broth paste followed by the wakame + stir - Refresh your noodles in boiling water for 20 seconds, drain + then add to your bowls - Pour the stock + wakame mix over the noodles - Take the chicken off the heat + carve at a 45° angle and fan on top of the noodles + broth - Garnish with your seasonal greens + sprinkle sesame seeds all over the dish Tips, tricks + hacks Add some bamboo shoots for some extra crunch For an umami packed ramen, try seasoning with a splash of shirodashi + soy sauce
