TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE. Electric 180°C 20 mins 25 min 30 mins per 500g (1/2kg)…Fan 160°C 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (1/2kg)…Gas Mark 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (1/2kg)… + 20 mins + 25 mins + 30 mins. Place the meat in a roasting tin in a pre-heated oven. Ensure that the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 mins before carving. ……Do not reheat once cooled. (Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
