Preheat oven to 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C. Remove outer packaging. Place guinea fowl supremes on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Always check that the product is cooked throughout and no pink colour remains. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. ( Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
