Type Temp Well Done Medium Rare Electric 180ºC 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins Per 500g (½Kg) Fan 160ºC 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins Per 500g (½ Kg) Gas Gas 4 30 mins 25 mins 20 mins Per 500g (½ Kg) + 30 mins + 25 mins + 20 mins Preheat oven. Place the meat in a roasting tin. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place 10-15 minutes before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. ( Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
