Oven cook

For best results and for extra succulence, fry the meatballs in a little oil for extra caramelisation for 2-3 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a non-stick baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn meatballs occasionally during cooking. Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. (Time 20-25 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
