  • Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Grill Time: 10-12 mins. Grilling Instructions: Preheat grill. MEDIUM. Place under a medium grill, turn during cooking.


Pan Fry. Time: 8-10 mins. MEDIUM HEAT. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add sausages, turn during cooking. Drain well before serving.

Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Place sausages in a roasting tray in centre of oven, turn during cooking. (Time 25-30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
