Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray, cover with foil and heat in centre of the oven. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pierce film and place tray on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power opening the pack and turning the chicken over halfway through the cooking time. Stand for 1 minute before serving. (800W: 2 1/2 minutes, 900W: 2 minutes, 1000W: 2 minutes)
