Grill Time: 14-18 minutes. Grilling Instructions: Place burgers under a pre-heated medium/hot grill. Turn during cooking. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Check food is piping hot throughout and all meat products are cooked thoroughly.

Oven cook

For best result and for extra succulence, fry the burgers in a little oil for 2-3 minutes. Transfer burgers on to a non-stick baking tray and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn burgers occasionally during cooking. Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly until all juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. (Time 20-25 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
