Pan fry 12-16 minutes. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan. Add the loin medallions and cook on a medium heat turning halfway through cooking. Add the butters 1 minute before end of cook and baste the medallions using a spoon. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear.
