PAN FRY. Rare 6-8 mins. Medium 8-10 mins. Well Done 12+ mins. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Add steaks and seal on high heat for 1 minute on each side. Reduce to medium heat and cook for the remaining time. Turn occasionally to prevent burning. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Ensure surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. For best results, slice thinly against the grain.
