Pan Fry. Time: 14 - 16 mins. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan. Add burger and cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce to medium heat. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
