Pan Fry. Time: Rare 2-3 mins, Medium 3-4 mins, Well done 5-6 mins. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place steaks into the pan, turning halfway through cooking time. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Allow to rest before serving.
