Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.

Shallow fry

Remove sleeve and film lid. Preheat 1tbsp. of oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Place fish skin side down in the hot oil and fry for 6-7 minutes, turning once. Remove the lemon slices and rosemary from the pack and set aside. In the last minute of cooking, add the lemon slices and rosemary sprigs to the pan.
