Pan Fry. Time: Rare 1-2 mins, Medium Heat 3-4 mins, Well Done 5-6 mins (each side)…Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, add steak and cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce to medium heat. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove steak and keep warm, melt the butter gently in a saucepan. To serve, pour butter over steak. Rare 1-2 minutes (each side)…Medium 3-4 minutes (each side)…Well Done 5-6 minutes (each side)
