Barbecue

Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.

Grill

Grill. Medium Heat. Rare 4 mins. Medium 6 mins. Preheat grill. Place steaks on grill pan under a medium heat, turn occasionally until the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the steaks, the cooking times provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove steaks, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Shallow fry

Pan Fry. High Heat. Rare 2 mins each side. Medium 3 mins each side. Preheat pan. Add steaks to pan without any additional oil, turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the steaks, the cooking times provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove steaks, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
