Pan Fry - Medium Heat. Rare 4 - 6 mins. Medium 6 - 8 mins. Well Done 10+ mins. Preheat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Add steaks to the pan, turn occasionally to prevent burning. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Remove steaks, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. For best results, slice thinly against the grain.
