Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill tray and grill under medium to low heat, turning the product occasionally for even colour. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 14-16 minutes)
Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium to low heat. Fry burgers for 14-16 minutes turning regularly for even colour. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. NOTE: Add this only if space permits on label - preferred method of cook is GRILL (Time 14-16 minutes)
