Pan Fry. Medium 2 - 4 mins. Well Done 6 - 8 mins. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Seal steaks in hot pan then reduce to medium heat. Turn occasionally to prevent burning. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Ensure surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with cherry ketchup.
