BARBECUE. Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. As these sausages have natural skins there is no need to prick them. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. (Time 30-35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
