Stir fry

STIR FRY - HIGH HEAT. Time: 5 mins 30 secs. Remove sleeve and film. Remove peanut pot and keep to one side. Heat a dry wok or frying pan for 2 minutes. Add 5ml of oil and all contents except sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove black insert and add sauce. Stir fry for 1 minute 30 seconds. Serve immediately. Sprinkle peanuts on top before serving.


Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. …Remove sleeve and peel back film. Remove peanut pot from container and keep to one side. Re-cover film and place container on a microwaveable plate and heat. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Using a fork, carefully remove the black insert and stir well. Sprinkle peanuts on top before serving. (800W: 3 mins 10 secs, 900W: 3 mins, 1000W: 2 mins 50 secs)
