Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. …Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. Using a fork, carefully remove the black insert and stir well. (800W: 4 mins, 900W: 3½ mins, 1000W: 3 mins)

Stir fry

STIR FRY …HIGH HEAT CHILLED 6 mins. Remove sleeve and film. Heat a dry wok or frying pan for 2 minutes. Add 5ml of oil and all contents except sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove black insert, add sauce and 1 tablespoon of water to the mix. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
