Pan Fry. Time: Rare 2 mins / Medium 4-5 mins / Well Done 6-7 mins. For best results, season the steaks before cooking. Pan fry the steaks on high heat for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat and cook for the remaining time, turn halfway through cooking time to prevent burning. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the steaks, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Add miso butter to the pan during the last minute of cooking, melt and mix with the pan juices. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked before serving. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
